A transformational and immersive creative laboratory & personal development retreat designed for the screen, stage and leadership industries. You'll have 5 days/6 nights of training with activities and free time to enjoy Costa Rica in your own terms.
Participants will delve into a profound exploration of personal and professional growth. For these intensive retreat days, we'll deconstruct your limiting beliefs, reconstruct a mindset for heightened awareness, elevate consciousness, boost stamina, ignite creativity, enhance intuitive skills, and cultivate a state of flow. You'll learn easy and practical energy tools that will help you stay grounded, focused, and empowered in any situation on and off the set, the stage and life.
On the last day, each participant will present the creations they have been working on, for feedback and the appreciation of the other participants as the audience. Whether you come here to perfect a monologue, a speech, write poetry or a script, compose a new song, paint or take photos, perfect a choreography or simply let go of your energy blockages, the space will be yours to express yourself and/or hold space for others in their transformation. This is exactly where you'll be able to test your skills and get feedback from the other participants.
Before the in-person workshop, we'll kick off with a Zoom call to delve into your individual goals and intentions. Following the workshop, participants will benefit from access and discounts to additional Zoom and in-person masterclasses, initiatives at the Cannes Film Festival and other Chi Energy workshops and events.

Week of March 3rd, 2025: Preparation session (by Zoom) with retreat leader Patricia Chica.
March 15 & 16 (before noon): International participants should arrive in San Jose, Costa Rica.
March 16 @ 2pm: Pickup at the San Jose, Costa Rica airport.
March 16-22: RETREAT
March 22nd (Morning): We bring you back to the San Jose, Costa Rica airport.
March 22nd (Afternoon-Evening): You can fly back home.
Eligibility: Actors, directors, creatives, public speakers, performance artists, writers, executives, conscious leaders of any age and experience level who work in the screen, stage and entertainment industry and who want to learn energy awareness techniques, mindset psychology for high performance, PR strategies, film market awareness, leadership, and career self-development to expand your creativity and potential.
The workshop: This is a result oriented laboratory where we will work on your personal top 2 goals (personal & professional) and how to remove the blocks that are preventing you from surpassing them. The trainer will work on each participant individually and as a group. This is a workshop to better understand the dynamics between mind, body and soul to obtain a high-performance level of execution.

The Lab is mainly in English because we have international students. However, the retreat host is trilingual English/French/Spanish and students will be able to interact in French or Spanish as well.
Please note that the workshop will be filmed and photographed for educational and/or promotional purposes.
Cancellation Policy: The fees, once paid, are non-refundable. However, you can keep your amount as credit for the next workshops or use it for private coaching sessions. You can also sell your spot to another participant (that we approve), and they can reimburse you directly. Chica is an award-winning Canadian filmmaker, Chi Energy educator, clairvoyant, clairsentient and mindset trainer; having guided celebrities, entertainers, actors, storytellers and leaders to their greatest results, faster, in the past 10 years as their mentor or coach.
She's the president and founder of ChicArt Productions, a public relations company in the film industry as well as the co-founder and president of Flirt Films, a conscious production company for elevated accessible films with an arthouse vibe.
